Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years experience in the project home residential industry with experience in contracts administration and estimating
* Proficiency in DATABUILD is desirable but not essential
* Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Qualifications within the construction industry
* Good communication & interpersonal skills
* The ability to multi-task and set priorities
* ability to read and interpret construction drawings
* Confident and professional attitude
Roles & Responsibilities
* Purchase Orders
* Producing BOQ's
* Building estimating and documentation within set timelines
* Liaising with internal staff & suppliers
* Reporting to Operations Manager
* Reviewing plans and construction documentation to ensure accuracy
