About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Mental Health Care Support Worker. As a member of our dynamic and supportive team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients with complex mental health needs.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting male patients who are deaf or hard of hearing on our medium secure ward. This requires a high level of fluency in British Sign Language (BSL) and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care and support the patients' recovery journey.
