Adventure Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced manager to join our team as an Adventure Manager in Canberra. As a business, we empower our employees to deliver extraordinary experiences.
* Customer service including briefing and monitoring patrons is essential in this role
* Ensuring the safety of guests and team members, including rescuing and intervening in emergencies is paramount
* A commitment to maintaining a safe workplace is expected
* Required inspections, audits, and reporting must be completed accurately
* Maintenance duties such as tightening bolts and levelling platforms may be required
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A Working with Vulnerable People certificate
* First Aid and CPR accreditation
* Previous experience in training & development, Assistant Management, and people management
* Customer service experience and recruitment skills are highly valued
