About the role
Join First National Metro as a Sales Associate working directly with a 35‐year experienced Principal. In this full‐time position based in West End Brisbane, you will play a key role in the company's residential sales operations, supporting the delivery of exceptional customer service and driving successful sales outcomes. The Principal is moving to retirement and working with the Commercial Division of the business so a big opportunity exists for the right individual or the right team (EBU).
What you'll be doing
* Prospecting for new listings and building a strong pipeline of sales opportunities.
* Assisting with the marketing and advertising of properties to attract potential buyers.
* Conducting property inspections and open homes, and providing excellent customer service to clients.
* Negotiating sales contracts and managing the sale process from start to finish.
* Maintaining detailed records and updating customer relationship management systems.
* Collaborating with the broader sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
* Promoting the Brand.
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in residential real estate sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients.
* Strong organisational and time‐management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
* A passion for the real estate industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
* Relevant industry qualifications or a willingness to obtain them.
* A tertiary degree and a current real estate salespersons licence.
* You will need to live no more than 25 minutes from our office.
* A modern motor vehicle and excellent personal presentation is required for success.
