Ensure training content reflects system functionality and is customized to the Department's context.Monitor training effectiveness and support post-implementation enablementThe Successful ApplicantA successful Training Manager should have:Extensive experience in SAP-based transformations, especially SuccessFactors.Strong understanding of HCM processes and change management principles.Ability to translate complex systems into clear learning experiences.Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.Adaptability in dynamic environments and experience with Change Champion networks.
