**About the role**:As Aurizon's Asset Management and Strategy Division expands, we're excited to offer **two brand-new roles** for **Asset Management Capability Specialists**. Join our team to create and implement a powerful, sustainable training capability framework that aligns with our strategic goals and empowers our workforce to excel
- Develop a business-critical training capability framework and related initiatives that address strategic objectives.
- Partner with the corporate training team to leverage expertise and develop effective business solutions.
- Support and streamline induction and onboarding processes for new and transitioning employees.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement action plans for continuous enhancement.
- Ensure training activities are compliant with company policies, standards, procedures, and relevant industrial instruments.
- Educate and guide leaders and trainers on the training framework, fostering a learning-focused culture.
- Analyse data and provide reports on training activities, contributing to informed decision-making
- Cultivate an open learning environment, encouraging the exchange of ideas to optimize performance.

- Proven leadership and project management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with a talent for engaging and influencing others.
