A leading organisation in the construction sector is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join its high‑performing finance team based at Brisbane Airport on a 4 month contract, with potential to move on to permanent. This role will support operations across Australia and New Zealand, delivering trusted financial insights, driving operational excellence, and shaping strong commercial outcomes.AsFinance Manager, you will partner with senior finance and operational leaders to deliver timely, accurate and proactive financial support. Responsibilities will include:
* Month‑end and general accounting
* Project and contract accounting
* WIP, forecasting and financial reporting
* Budgeting and planning
* Audit, tax and compliance
* Continuous improvement and team support
In order to be considered, you must have:
* Extensive experience in similar finance role, preferably in construction or manufacturing environments
* CA/CPA qualification
* Strong commercial and analytical capability
* Excellent people skills and stakeholder engagement ability
A 4 month contract is on offer, with potential to move to perm within an ASX listed organisation. This role also ofers hybrid working and competitive hourly rate.
