We offer mental health services including psychology, occupational therapy, speech pathology, art therapy and family therapy.
Job Description
* Assess and diagnose psychological disorders in adults, adolescents and children referred by healthcare professionals or self-referred.
* Provide evidence-based psychological therapies to clients using a range of techniques such as CBT, motivational interviewing and mindfulness.
* Maintain accurate case notes for clients using electronic clinical records and contribute to care plans with multidisciplinary teams.
* Participate in quality improvement activities to enhance client care and streamline procedures for seamless client service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A minimum of 8 years experience working with children and adolescents.
* Demonstrated ability to use high-level evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
* Ability to provide leadership and supervision to staff and students.
* Experience in conducting clinical risk assessments and implementing risk management plans.
* Valid Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
