Early Childhood Program Coordinator Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to coordinate and deliver engaging group sessions that promote learning, connection, and fun for families. The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of how children learn through play and be skilled at creating inclusive environments that celebrate diversity and encourage parent–child interaction.
About the Position
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the delivery of our early childhood program. You will work closely with a range of professionals to achieve the best outcomes for families, including Family Support Workers, allied health professionals, and early childhood educators. Your role will involve planning and delivering program activities, coordinating session logistics, and maintaining accurate records.

* Coordinate session logistics, including booking venues and arranging resources
* Maintain accurate records, including attendance sheets and participant feedback
* Work collaboratively with a range of professionals to achieve the best outcomes for families
Benefits
This part-time position offers a fixed-term contract (15 hours per week) until June 2026. You will be based in our Great Southern offices, which offer free parking on site. A salary starting from $112,057.22 per annum pro rata plus superannuation is also available.
