About the Role 
As Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes and supporting the smooth operation of our kitchen. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and contribute to both daily service and menu development. 
What You’ll Be Doing 
- Prepare and present dishes to a high standard across all sections. 
- Support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and food costs. 
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and OH&S; standards. 
- Foster a positive team culture and clear communication. 
- Assist with ordering and stock control. 
- Contribute to creative dish development and seasonal menu planning. 
What We’re Looking For 
- Proven experience in a busy kitchen environment. 
- Culinary qualifications and a strong understanding of food provenance. 
- Ability to step into a supervisory role when required. 
- A hands-on, team-oriented approach with a passion for quality. 
- Strong knowledge of OH&S;/WHS practices.
