Client Details

We are recruiting on behalf of a global subscription management business with a strong and growing presence in Australia and the APAC region. The company partners with major corporate organizations and government departments, supporting them with subscription renewals and customer service .

With a focus on delivering high-quality service and long-term client relationships, this organization offers a collaborative team environment, structured training, and the opportunity to work with a diverse APAC client portfolio from their Camberwell office .

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to support our APAC corporate client portfolio. This role will focus on subscription renewals and ongoing customer support, covering a maternity leave period starting ASAP .

This is a fixed-term contract from ASAP until April 2027 .

Responsibilities

* Provide high-quality customer service and support to B2B corporate clients across the APAC region
* Handle day-to-day client queries via phone and email (call centre support)
* Support subscription renewals and renewal-related enquiries
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processes
* Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service expectations are met
* Full training will be provided to ensure success in the role

Your Profile
