Reporting to the Head of Client Strategy, this role involves: 
Developing and maintaining value-based relationships with key clients. 
Analysis of client reports and offering solutions and cost saving initiatives. 
Acting as the clients' key contact for all service level challenges. 
Management of new client implementations. 
Superior portfolio management in order to understand the clients' business and identify new opportunities. 
Previous Operations Management or Client Relations Management experience. 
Highly developed negotiation, presentation and communication skills. 
Travel industry knowledge and experience. 
Demonstrated success in building high quality and profitable relationships.
