Invent. Build. Power up Australia. Join a tier one team transforming infrastructure.
Looking to take ownership of how major electrical projects are planned and delivered?
Imagine your work powering critical infrastructure across Australia.
You won't just be updating programs. You'll be shaping project strategy, analysing risk, forecasting outcomes, and giving project leaders the clarity they need to make the right calls.
This is a high-impact role, sitting at the heart of delivery.
Sound right up your alley? We thought so.
This electrical company has been leading the charge for over 100 years.
Not only will you be rubbing shoulders with other tier one contractors in the game but mentored by industry leaders.
We're talking profit share, an attractive base salary and team lunches.
And the benefits don't stop there, imagine a workspace filled with endless growth opportunities, structured development and a commitment to continuous learning.
About The Opportunity
You'll step into the engine room of delivery, working alongside project managers, engineers, and site teams to build and maintain programs that keep complex electrical projects on track.
From early planning through to construction and commissioning, you'll connect the dots across engineering, procurement, and site works, updating schedules, tracking progress, and flagging pressure points early.
You'll be hands‐on with project programs, cashflow forecasts, and critical paths, sitting in project meetings, reviewing contractor inputs, and staying close to the people delivering the work.
When timelines move, you'll help teams re‐sequence, adjust, and keep momentum.
You've got a role where your work genuinely shapes project outcomes, alongside a team of industry leaders.
About The Business
This isn't your typical electrical company; it's a driving force in critical infrastructure.
For over 100 years, this tier one has been shaping the future of electrical solutions and wiring up the country's most critical infrastructure.
From hospitals and data centres to stadiums, airports and defence facilities, if it powers the country, they've had a hand in it.
Industry leaders as mentors? We know your growth will be promoted here.
About You
You're detail‐driven, switched on, and enjoy working at the heart of how projects come together.
Maybe you've been working in project controls, scheduling, or planning for a few years, or you've come out of an electrical or construction background and moved naturally into programming and delivery support.
Either way, you're excited by the mechanics of a project, building schedules, understanding dependencies, tracking progress, and seeing how engineering, procurement, and site works need to line up.
You're comfortable working in tools like Microsoft Project (and ideally Primavera P6), applying critical path methodology, updating programs, and preparing forecasts that help teams stay ahead.
You like being close to the action, collaborating with project managers and engineers, reviewing contractor schedules, sitting in project meetings, and keeping programs accurate as projects evolve.
Bonus Points if you have experience in:
* Microsoft Project for building and maintaining project schedules
* Critical Path Methodology (CPM)
* Resource‐and‐cost‐loaded schedules
* Subcontractor and vendor schedule review and integration
* Microsoft Excel for progress tracking, forecasting, and reporting
* Power BI exposure for schedule and performance reporting
