Your role as Branch Manager willbe responsible forbuilding the strategic plan to gain market share for the localised area. It is an all-rounder role, with a broad range of leadership, commercial, and operational responsibilities and accountabilities.
In this dynamic and high-impact role,you'llmake your mark by:
* Coaching and developing competencies in your team. With a focus on continuous improvement,you'llproactively work with your team to help them achieve their performance and career development goals
* Prioritising business performance through tracking KPIs, reporting, creating strategic plans
* Working closely with the Community Bank board to build and nurture community relationships, being the face of our brand, actively participatingin events and establishingyourself as the go to person for banking in our area
* Leading by example.You'llprioritise the customer experience, and aren'tafraid to step in wherever the branch needs you

This is a permanent, full-time positionlocatedin Warrnambool.
Whatyou'llbring to the role
To succeed in this role,you'lldrive the branch's growth through leadership, teamcoachingand business development.We'dlove you to have:
* People leadership with the ability to develop, coach and manage staff performance
* Proven sales mentorship through implementing strategies to drive business
* Experience in residential and commercial lending (essential)
* Strong communicationskills to deliver clear branch expectations
* Understanding of financial management, businessacumenand risk framework
* The ability to drive operational efficiencies and maintain high standards of compliance
* High level of understanding of lending products,policiesand regulations
* Knowledge of retail branch operations
