Job Opportunity:
Our team is seeking a skilled UX Design Strategist to play a pivotal role in shaping how we interact with business units and customers. The ideal candidate will spearhead vision definition, framework development, and design-led collaboration across the organisation.
The key responsibilities include:
* Establishing and embedding a shared team vision, goals, and principles to guide engagement with business units.
* Designing and implementing a team operating model, including tools and frameworks that empower partner business units.
* Continuously iterating and improving engagement models and design outputs through reflection and feedback loops.
* Creating digital solutions and frameworks that help business units identify, design, validate, and measure their products and services.
* Defining experience design principles ensuring IAG-enabled customer value propositions (CVPs) deliver a consistent experience across the full journey - beyond digital touchpoints.
* Partnering with business units to apply experience service principles and ensure global consistency across all CVPs.
* Collaborating closely with Platform Teams to understand and validate customer hypotheses, ensuring an empathetic, outcome-focused design process.
