We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our administrative team and drive business excellence.
About the Role
This is a full-time, fixed-term appointment for 12 months. You will be based in one of our rural clinical training sites, working closely with our Academic Lead and Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for coordinating activities and initiatives across our organisation, driving continuous improvement through policy development and process enhancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in senior administration and team leadership, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to supervise a small team and provide training and development.

About Us
We are part of the University of Western Australia Medical School and provide rural clinical training for medical students from several universities. Our work spans over 3,500 km across WA, focusing on strengthening the rural health workforce.
