We are seeking a motivated and high performing individual to work within our Investigations team As a Trainee Factual Investigator you will work closely with our Investigations team in the day to day operations of our division.

The Role
* Preparation and writing of formal reports and documents for clients;
* Review investigator field notes;
* Conduct enquiries and liaise daily with clients and investigators;
* Ongoing investigations administration and support.
About You:
* Proven administration experience (1-2 years).
* An interest in investigations and/or law enforcement.
* Excellent writing skills, grammar, spelling and report preparation abilities.
* Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
* Time management and organisational skills.
* Great customer focus and dedication.
* A confident and pleasant approach to phone and email enquiries.
* A meticulous eye for detail and accuracy.
