About the Role
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Executive Assistant, including invoicing, document preparation, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and event organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Executive Assistant with day-to-day administration tasks
* Assist with meeting preparation, travel bookings and event coordination
* Provide professional communication with staff and stakeholders
* Be proactive and assist with tasks as needed
About You
We are looking for someone who is a natural organiser, with excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and confidence using Microsoft Office and invoice processing systems.
Able to work well under pressure, think creatively and come up with innovative solutions. Ideally, you will have previous experience in administration or office support roles, with knowledge of corporate procedures and protocols.
Candidates should be flexible and adaptable, able to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to maintain confidentiality would be beneficial.
Knowledge of tourism or maritime environments would be advantageous, but not essential. What matters most is your attitude, initiative and ability to work as part of a supportive team.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
