ICT Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled ICT support specialist to join our team.
About the Role
* To provide timely and effective ICT support services to staff, students, and parents.
* Work closely with the ICT Manager and Systems Administrator to maintain hardware, software, AV equipment, and College technology infrastructure.
* Assist with user management, permissions, and system accuracy across O365/Azure AD, TASS, and Schoolbox/HQ.
* Support college reporting cycles, upgrades, and vendor liaison.
* Ensure high-quality service delivery during college recess and lunch periods.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide ICT support services via multiple channels, including phone, email, and in-person.
* Maintain accurate records of incidents, problems, and requests.
* Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex technical issues.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve ICT service quality and efficiency.
What You Will Need:
* Proven experience in ICT support, preferably in an education setting.
* Strong technical skills, including knowledge of hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work effectively in a team environment.
