PA / EA & Admin Support
Brisbane (Geebung) | Part-time to Full-time | Immediate start
We're an ever growing automotive group with multiple locations specialising in premium paint protection, protective wraps, and specialised vehicle services with rental vehicles.
Right now the founder is doing too much: admin, accounts, HR, sales follow-ups, vehicle management, customer relations and all the rest.
We need a reliable, switched-on PA / EA / admin all-rounder to take some of the load.
The role
This is hands-on support, not a sit-and-wait admin job.
You'll be helping with:
• Email and calendar management
• General admin and organisation
• Invoicing, debtor follow-ups, reconciliation and basic accounts admin
• Vehicle paperwork, toll notice forwarding and registrations (30+ vehicles)
In addition to the above, you'll be assisting the founder with:
• Occasional sales and customer follow-ups
• Staff admin and onboarding paperwork
• Keeping things moving and chasing loose ends
If something needs sorting, you'll be involved.
What we're looking for
• Highly organised and proactive
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks with proper execution
• Good communicator, clear, calm and reliable
• Confident with email, spreadsheets and basic systems
• Can work independently without being micromanaged
• Discreet and trustworthy
Previous PA, EA, office manager or admin experience is ideal, but attitude matters more than industry background.
Hours & pay
• Start part-time, move to full-time if it suits both sides
• Flexible hours
• Pay based on experience and capability
