Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team and contribute to the delivery of technical support services to the Department of Education.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across Department of Education schools.
* Administer and support school networks and server environments.
* Provide ICT support services in large, technology-driven learning environments.
Technical Requirements
* Hyper-V virtualisation administration.
* Administration of Windows and Linux-based servers.
* Cloud service administration (Google Workspace & Microsoft 365).
* Mobile Device Management (MDM) deployment and administration.
* Advanced enterprise networking (Cisco & HP switching).
* Cisco wireless technologies (controllers, APs).
* SOE and image deployment, with advanced troubleshooting skills.
* Experience supporting large fleets of desktops and notebooks.
* Experience with 1:1 and BYOD device planning, deployment, and management.
* Strong technical documentation skills.
Essential Qualifications
* At least 5 years of industry experience.
* Previous experience within the TSSP program or equivalent senior-level corporate IT support experience.
* Eligibility to work in Australia (citizen, PR, or permanent visa).
* Current driver's licence and reliable motor vehicle.
* Willingness to undergo police and background checks.
