Job Description The Roaming Dentist Program is a structured 12‑month international placement designed for Dentists who want to work in Australia without the stress of organising everything themselves.
You’ll rotate through 2–4 professionally supported practices across Australia, gain diverse clinical experience, and explore the country while enjoying guaranteed income, paid travel, accommodation support, and a dedicated team guiding you every step of the way.
What You’ll Be Doing
Providing high‑quality general and emergency dentistry including restorative, preventive, and routine procedures
Conducting treatment planning and patient education
Working collaboratively with clinical and practice teams
Maintaining clinical records in line with Australian standards
Continuing professional development during your placement
Here’s what we offer
Starting base salary: AUD $130,000 (based on experience)
12‑month contract, 4-5 days per week
Return flight to and from your home country
2–4 locations across Australia (3–6 months per placement)
Domestic flights, private accommodation, and car hire provided
4 weeks paid annual leave
$2,500 travel & accommodation allowance for your final holiday week
Qualifications This Program Is Ideal If You
Are a qualified Dentist with minimum 1 year of post‑graduate experience
Hold a Bachelor of Dentistry (or equivalent) degree from a UK accredited university
Are able to independently manage routine general dentistry procedures and dental emergencies
Want international clinical exposure without organising everything yourself
Enjoy variety, travel, and new environments
Are excited by a structured, supported year abroad
