This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, has an eye for detail, and thrives in a collaborative team environment. Your Day-to-Day Planting, weeding, pruning, and watering Lawn mowing, edging, and turf care Soil and mulch preparation Operating and maintaining gardening tools and equipment Following safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment Supporting your Team Leader and working effectively with your crew What You’ll Need Experience in gardening, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance (preferred) Physically fit – able to lift, bend, kneel, and work in all weather Reliable, motivated, and team-focused Able to follow instructions and complete tasks to a high standard Required: Valid Driver’s Licence White Card Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain) Why Join Green by Nature?
