As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
* Liaising with clients to understand event requirements and develop tailored plans.
* Coordinating logistical elements, including staffing, catering, equipment, and vendor management.
* Ensuring venue setup and presentation meet high standards for each event.
* Monitoring progress and providing regular updates.
* Enhancing the guest experience and recommending improvements.
* Managing restaurant reservations and ensuring visitor satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in events/venue coordination, preferably in hospitality or tourism.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong leadership abilities.
* Strong organizational and time management skills with multitasking and problem-solving expertise.
* Proficiency in event management software and MS Office suite.
