* Deliver administrative support to the Remote Services Team and Executive Manager, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
* Coordinate charter flights for remote health services and manage logistics for freight transportation, guaranteeing timely delivery and efficient supply chain management.
* Act as a primary contact for ISO Airfare Reimbursement claims, verifying accuracy and compliance with established guidelines.
* Provide secretarial support for monthly team meetings, including agenda development and minute-taking, facilitating collaboration and information sharing.
* Facilitate new staff inductions, coordinating travel, training, and necessary resources, promoting a smooth onboarding process.
* Manage the distribution of correspondence and packages for the Remote Services team, ensuring efficient communication and document exchange.
* Engage in professional development and contribute to quality improvement efforts within the team, driving excellence and continuous growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
