We are seeking a Learning Administrator to support our diverse workforce in learning and development across various industries.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. They will work closely with internal stakeholders and supplier administrators to ensure seamless contractor mobilization and continuous business operation.

Key Responsibilities:
 * Administering learning logistics for contractors and suppliers, including onboarding, inductions, enrolments, and recordkeeping.
 * Providing guidance and support to supplier administrators and internal stakeholders.
 * Maintaining compliance by validating licences, tickets, and qualifications.
 * Liaising with Site Access and Procurement teams to support contractor mobilisation and shutdown planning.
 * Assisting occasionally with general learning administration across Learning Services, including enrolments, evaluations, invoice reconciliation, and customer service.
