Job Description
* Prepare, review, and manage contracts in a timely and efficient manner.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation for all contractual agreements.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate contract execution.
* Assist in resolving contract‐related issues and discrepancies.
* Provide administrative support to the secretarial & business support department.
* Contribute to improving contract management processes and systems.
* Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Successful Contract Administrator Should Have
* Proven experience in contract administration or a similar role within the retail industry.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in using relevant software and office tools.

* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
