About the role An exciting and dynamic role within the Commercial organisation, spearheading the development, definition, and delivery of brand commercial trade strategies to drive the business into the future and beyond. As the Commercial Strategy Analyst, you will support the development and execution of commercial strategies by providing data-driven insights, performance tracking, and category analysis. You will play a key role in enabling strategic decisions and optimizing execution. Main Responsibilities Analyze sales, market, and shopper data to identify trends and opportunities. Support the creation of commercial diagnostics (4Ps) and performance scorecards. Translate insights into actionable recommendations. Assist in the development of annual commercial plans and Go-to-Market (4Ps) strategies. Contribute to category reviews, NPD decks, and customer presentations. Monitor readiness and execution of commercial initiatives. Track KPIs and support interventions to improve performance. Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management. Support the Manager in stakeholder engagement and project delivery. About You Essential Skills & Experience Ideally 2-3 years of experience in FMCG, analytics, or commercial planning Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills Why us?
