The Maintenance Position
This role is available in both full-time and part-time capacities based at our East Victoria Park location. Reporting directly to the Production Supervisor and collaborating closely with CSR Martini's Operations team, you will be responsible for providing timely maintenance services and installation work to meet business objectives.
- Promote WHS&E awareness in workplace communications.
- Maintain a safe working environment through efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant WHS&E policies and regulations.
- Identify potential risks and participate actively in their elimination.
- Report and investigate any incidents or near misses promptly.
- Complete and sign off on JSAs, Work Permits, and Risk Analysis documents.
- Comply with work permit guidelines consistently.
- Maintain high housekeeping standards.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and walk-throughs.
- Provide feedback and coaching to operators during maintenance and fault-finding situations.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with other production teams to ensure optimal factory productivity.
- Adhere to the scheduled maintenance plan and complete required tasks by due dates.
- Report any maintenance issues or problems to the Production Supervisor or Operations Manager promptly.

- A background working in similar production or logistics environments.

- Accurate information recording and documentation skills.
- Manual handling skills with emphasis on safety.
- Understanding of Chain of Responsibility principles.
- Forklift Licence Required.
