About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to lead our clinical operations team in a remote Aboriginal community setting.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management and experience working with Indigenous communities.
Key Responsibilities
* Support and mentor Health Centre Managers across remote clinics
* Oversee recruitment, rostering, and onboarding of health staff
* Lead continuous improvement and compliance activities
* Work with clinical teams to maintain best-practice service delivery
* Support internal systems, including Communicare and business planning
Requirements
* A current driver's licence and willingness to travel
* A clear understanding of remote community health or the ability to learn
* Strong communication and people management skills
* Experience in quality improvement or accreditation processes
Benefits
* A competitive salary package starting from $130,000
* 6 weeks annual leave + 18% leave loading
