Our client is a leading reputable and global manufacturing organisation who are seeking a SIAM Manager to join for an initial six-month contract. This role will be accountable for defining and implementing a newly established SIAM function where you will be working alongside business stakeholders and product managers in defining continuous improvement. Key success in this role will be designing the SIAM operational model.
Key responsibilities and duties include:
- Leading the design and development of SIAM processes across; event, incident, change and problem management
- Develop collaborative relationships with service providers
- Establish and arrange service level management, service transition and knowledge management
- Experience within Service Management
- Relevant ITIL Certifications and experience with implementing ServiceNow Common Services Data Model
- Exposure to implementing integrating products using ServiceNow
- Understanding and experience with integration technologies and methodologies
