Paradise Resort Gold Coast is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our team across multiple outlets. If you are proactive, energetic and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, we would love to hear from you.
In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee daily operations and inspire your team to consistently deliver outstanding service. Your presence on the floor will set the tone, ensuring smooth operations, high standards and memorable dining experiences for every guest.
This position requires flexibility to work both morning and evening shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
About the Role:
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will:
* Lead from the Front – Maintain a strong, visible presence across outlets, setting the benchmark for service excellence through a hands-on leadership approach.
* Oversee Daily Operations – Coordinate and manage service across multiple outlets, ensuring efficiency, quality and consistency.
* Develop and Inspire Your Team – Train, mentor and motivate team members, fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
* Maintain Standards and Compliance – Support the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, liquor licensing requirements and food safety standards.
* Drive Service Excellence – Proactively manage guest and team feedback to continually enhance the guest experience.
* Manage Busy Services with Confidence – Supervise high-volume shifts, ensuring team performance aligns with operational goals and service targets.
* Collaborate Across Departments – Work closely with kitchen, housekeeping, sales & marketing, engineering, reservations and finance teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
Skills & Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Demonstrated leadership experience within a fast-paced hospitality environment
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* A current RSA certificate and sound knowledge of liquor licensing and OH&S regulations
* A current Food Handlers certificate and solid understanding of food safety and hygiene (or willingness to obtain)
* A genuine passion for coaching, mentoring and developing others
* Flexibility to work a rotating roster including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
