The company is expanding its IT service team to meet the growing demand for integrated client solutions. We are seeking a dedicated ICT Business Analyst (Client Solutions & System Integration) to focus on bridging client-specific IT needs with end-to-end system integration, ensuring seamless alignment between custom software, network solutions, and client business objectives. This role is targeting specialized client service and system integration requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate directly with home users, local businesses, and student clients to conduct in-depth needs assessments, identify pain points in existing IT setups (e.g., network inefficiencies, software incompatibility), and document client-specific requirements in actionable reports.
Design integrated IT solutions that combine custom software development, network configuration, and technical support, ensuring compatibility with clients' existing systems and scalability for future growth.
Lead client-facing project phases, including solution presentation, implementation coordination, and post-delivery feedback collection, to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Develop client-centric documentation, including system integration guides, technical support manuals, and training materials tailored to non-technical users (e.g., home users, small business owners).
Collaborate with internal technical teams (software developers, network engineers) to resolve integration issues, optimize client-specific workflows, and ensure timely delivery of custom solutions.
Monitor client IT system performance post-implementation, propose proactive optimization plans, and stay updated on industry integration trends (e.g., cloud migration, cross-platform compatibility) to enhance service offerings.
Essential Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ICT business analysis, with a focus on client-facing solution design and system integration.
Proficiency in client needs assessment tools, system integration methodologies, and business process mapping for end-user scenarios.
Proven track record of translating client requirements into integrated IT deliverables.
Strong understanding of system development lifecycle (SDLC) in client-focused projects, plus expertise in cross-platform integration, cloud-based solutions, and user-centric design.
Excellent communication skills to interact with non-technical clients, plus the ability to collaborate with internal teams and work independently on client-specific projects.
