Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for delivering effective marketing programs that achieve company objectives. You will work collaboratively with your manager to develop and maintain solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders and uphold the company's reputation.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop the marketing strategy across the business unit in line with company objectives.
- Manage expenditures within the approved marketing budget.
- Create a wide range of marketing materials in the promotional mix in line with the marketing plan, including signage, print material, external displays, digital advertising, radio, press and TV etc.
- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity and ensuring creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Liaise with external agencies to execute marketing and lead generation campaigns.
- Manage social media channels, including preparing and scheduling content.
- Collaborate with the Production and Events team.
- Assist in the coordination of marketing-related events and activities and undertake projects as required
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company sections know deadlines and requirements.
- Manage all content for the website and the brand's online presence to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns, assist with analysing marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic.
- Occasional attendance at after-hours events.
- Work closely with marketing specialists within the Marketing and Communications team, including sharing of ideas and building solid working relationships.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrate exceptional teamwork skills - This includes no office politics and equal respect for your colleagues and team members. It is critical to establish and build strong relationships.
- Be a self-starter and work autonomously - supporting the Marketing Manager, colleagues and other stakeholders and creating opportunities to better the role with fresh ideas and innovative ways.
- Manage ad-hoc duties and tasks as directed by the Executive Management team.
- Be proficient in all aspects of the following software programs: Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and 0utlook & Abobe Create Suite.
- Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), and content management systems.
