The successful candidate will be remunerated with an hourly rate between $38.81 - $43.16 p.h., including a 12.75% employer superannuation contribution and 17.5% leave loading.
Job Description
To provide efficient reception and booking services for patients, consumers and carers of the Rockhampton Community and Public Health Service. This includes coordinating bookings (clinical appointments, waiting list management, scheduling and meeting outcome targets) and ensuring the delivery of high quality services in a fast paced multidisciplinary environment.
You will maximise patient and fleet booking scheduling and perform various general administrative duties with a high standard of care and customer service.
Key responsibilities include providing switchboard and computer proficiency, consulting and negotiating with clients and staff at all levels of the organisation, and quickly assimilating knowledge and technical skill in a variety of in-house software.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for someone who possesses high level communication and interpersonal skills, ability to coordinate bookings, and proven switchboard and computer proficiency.
