Albany Community Hospice is the only community-supported, not-for-profit hospice in Western Australia. We provide specialised, compassionate palliative care that helps people experience end-of-life with dignity, comfort, and choice.

The Role
We’re seeking a dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our clinical team on a 0.5 FTE basis. In this rewarding role, you’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, holistic palliative care to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, evidence-based palliative care aligned with patients' values and preferences
- Monitor and respond to patient changes with appropriate clinical action and documentation
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
- Communicate respectfully and compassionately with patients, carers, and colleagues
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma of Nursing (Division 2)
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
- Satisfactory National Police Check
- Legal working rights in Australia
- Ongoing commitment to professional development
- Recent experience in healthcare (palliative care highly regarded)
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, safety, and quality standards
- Excellent communication, time management, and teamwork skills
- Compassionate approach with strong emotional intelligence
- Sound computer and clinical documentation skills
