We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at a stunning beachfront resort in Byron Bay, Australia.
The successful candidate will work across multiple dining outlets, delivering an award-winning culinary experience using fresh, local produce and exceptional service.
Your primary base will be our signature restaurant, where you'll help drive culinary excellence and contribute to the resort's success.
* Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant, café, or catering environment
* Full availability, including weekends and public holidays
* A commitment to a full-time position (38 hours per week)
* Ability to work efficiently during busy periods with a sense of urgency
* Willingness to learn and develop new techniques
* Ability to follow recipes and manage time effectively
