About the Role
We're seeking an experienced
Content Manager
to join our team and lead the planning, design, and creation of user-centric content across textual, graphical, and multimedia formats. In this role, you'll manage technical operations of the department's
Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS)
, specifically
Content Manager
, and support cross-agency content compliance, delivery, and training.
Key Responsibilities
* Administer and maintain
Content Manager (EDRMS)
system functionality and technical operations
* Draft briefs and provide expert advice on content and information management practices
* Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and guides including the
EDRMS Technical Reference Guide
* Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to resolve issues and support updates/upgrades
* Lead technical support, compliance reporting (Senate Orders, Digital Transition Policy), and performance reporting
* Support content training and communication, including
e-learning and intranet updates
* Provide user support and helpdesk services
* Work closely with vendors and service providers for licensing, procurement, and contract management
About You
* Strong experience with
Micro Focus Content Manager / HP TRIM / EDRMS platforms
* Proven ability to deliver content solutions in line with government policies and compliance frameworks
* Skilled in system administration, user support, and training delivery
* Strong written communication skills, with the ability to prepare technical documentation and advice
* Confident collaborating across departments and working independently
* Must be eligible to obtain
