About the Role We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Director of Nursing (Home Manager) with demonstrated management and leadership qualities to oversee the day-to-day operations at Clarendon Grange, a 47-bed residential aged care Home. You will lead and motivate all on site managers and staff to deliver the best in residential care and customer service. You will work to continually develop and improve the operations of the home to ensure a high standard of care is maintained in the home. This is a full-time (Monday to Friday) fixed term position for 18 months.
