**Role**:Experienced Digital Solutions Delivery Manager**
**Location**: Perth WA

**Roster**: Full Time
The D&I Solutions Delivery Manager (SDM) is responsible for overseeing solution delivery activities related to employees, costs, budget, planning and influence with clients and third parties. He/she acts as an ambassador and is responsible for managing customer needs effectively by interacting with the Sales & Commercial and Business Development teams. They are involved with negotiation, policy making, monitoring external factors and delegating actions to subordinate managers. Other responsibilities include maintaining the highest quality service to the customer via the implementing and maintaining the OI capabilities (Segment specific HSE, competency, standards and procedures, procedural adherence, risk management, Continuous Improvement, Loss & Performance) at the field locations via a close coordination with the Operation Excellence HQ team.
Successful Position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, and work well in teams.
**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as focal point for solutions delivery activities
- Be accountable for the overall services performance, revenue and income before taxes
- Set priorities, plan and organize actions
- Supervise the PM/SDL engagements with customers
- Be involved in business development, account management, sales and project activities and partner with the business owners
- Manage 3rd party contracts
- Review & contribute for FP226 & other financial practices required
- Maintain communication & partner with stakeholders
- Provide regular updates
- Monitor KPIs related to the New Way of Working and SDMS; take necessary actions for improvement
- Monitor effectiveness of applied SWI, risk management tools and processes
- Organize and lead audits and assist management with improvement plans
- Review SQ issues and KPI reviews
- Ensure proper failure analysis is performed
- Be responsible for people management duties
- Be accountable for up-to-date competency development and training plans for team
**Requirements**:
- Must reside in Perth, WA
- Must have the full right to live and work in Australia including work offshore
- No travel restrictions and open to relocation in Australia based on company's requirement
- Proof BSc or higher Tertiary Qualification in Geophysics
- Min 10yrs experience of progressive technical management & leadership experience
- Min 5yrs of experience driving end-to-end delivery of key digital solution services, including from ideation to execution and measurements, using Zenith, Petrel and Gaia via DELFI Platform
- Advanced Project Management in Geoscience and Digital focused solutions
- Experience with Microsoft Project Professional for resource planning inside Enterprise Project Management
- Experience leading and managing delivery of multi-discipline digital solutions across DELFI Platform
- Good working knowledge of Petrel, Omega software
- Excellent working knowledge of guiding principles between various disciplines in relation to Seismic Processing, Reservoir Characterization and Production Operations
- Demonstrated implementation of Quality Assurance procedures, QHSE requirement and departmental working practices
- Proven experience of case analysis, data flow diagramming and process mapping
- Demonstrated ability to work with 3rd Party Vendors within a mixed environment
- Proven experience working within a customer centric environment
- Demonstrated expertise to distil technology projects into understandable and compelling executive level presentations
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business Management, Engineering, Geoscience
- Direct Customer management experience (within last 3 years)
- 10 Years of experience in digital service industry
- Knowledge of finance, P&L management, resource planning, activity and opportunity staffing, customer relationships, service quality and safety
