Key Responsibilities
* Carry out a range of domestic and commercial landscaping tasks, including hardscape and softscape works
* Install landscape features such as paving, retaining walls, water features, and garden beds
* Read and interpret landscaping plans and drawings to ensure precise project execution
* Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently
* Work collaboratively with the construction team to coordinate schedules and meet deadlines
* Deliver high-quality workmanship and provide excellent customer service to clients
What you can bring to team
* Demonstrated experience as a landscape tradesperson or in a similar landscaping/gardening role - minimum of 3 years' experience
* Strong knowledge of horticulture, landscape design, and construction methods
* Ability to read and interpret landscaping plans and drawings
* Committed to delivering high-quality results for clients
* Skilled in the safe operation and maintenance of landscaping equipment and tools
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Willingness to learn, mentor others, and maintain a positive, can-do attitude
* Holds a valid driver’s licence and has reliable transport
* Relevant horticulture or landscaping qualifications (highly regarded)
