Cloud Services Engineer
Role
The Cloud Services Engineer is responsible for providing 2nd level business applications, cloud platforms (Microsoft 365 and other service offerings provided by OCIO) support and request fulfilment. The incumbent will undertake a range of systems support, and support activities to agencies that enhance cross-team collaboration in the department and the Office of the Chief Information Officer and agency service consumers
Responsibilities
* Provide 2nd level development and support which may include working in collaboration with external 3rd level support providers, gathering key business requirements.
* Exercise analytical, evaluation, and creating skills.
* Maintain accurate and complete records of business activities created and received in accordance with the State Records Act 1998 and policies and procedures
Requirement

* Successful candidate must have a National Police Clearance before commencing.
