Job Title:
Our team is seeking a skilled and experienced Machinist to join our architectural manufacturing department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC machines and will be able to assist in completing daily production requirements according to company quality and safety standards.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating various power tools, including edge banders, bench saws, panel saws, beam saw, and 5-sided moulder. They will also be required to maintain high standards of cleanliness and staff training.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in completing daily production requirements
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and staff training
* Operate various power tools
* Experience with programming and operating a Heian CNC Router is ideal
* Accurate measuring, mould fitting, and cutting skills
* Assembly work experience
* Quality Control experience
Requirements:
* Qualifications/experience as a Machinist (at least 2-3 years)
* Stable employment history with excellent attendance record
* Excellent English Literacy and Numeracy skills
* Reliable transport
