About The Opportunity The primary purpose of this position is to provide professional front-of-house support, ensuring clients and visitors receive a warm, positive, and efficient experience while assisting the team with administrative and office duties.
Your responsibilities will include: Greeting clients, visitors, and contractors in a friendly and professional manner Answering phones, managing enquiries, and directing calls to the appropriate staff Assisting with email correspondence, file management and daily administration tasks Supporting the Property Management and Sales teams with paperwork and data entry Maintaining reception, meeting rooms, and front office areas Providing general support during busy periods and team projects About You The successful candidate will have: Previous experience in a reception or admin role Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Good organisational ability and attention to detail Excellent customer service and a professional phone manner A positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work well within a close-knit team What's in it for You?
