Chief Financial Officer - Manufacturing Operations & Growth

Position Overview
Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the directors, the CFO will oversee the organisation’s financial strategy, governance, and performance. The role requires a leader who can operate confidently at both strategic and operational levels, bringing structure to areas that need formalisation while respecting the strengths of a long-established workforce.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
* Lead long-term financial planning, capital management, and organisational budgeting.
* Provide insight into pricing, product performance, cost structures, and commercial opportunities.
* Guide decision-making on expansion, operational investment, and new initiatives.
Governance & Reporting
* Strengthen financial controls, ensure statutory compliance, and reporting frameworks.
* Ensure accurate and timely reporting across all sites and business units.
* Establish consistent performance metrics and visibility across the organisation.
Operational Partnership
* Work with production and operations leadership to improve cost visibility, labour efficiency, workflow, and product movement analysis.
* Support new site development, capacity planning, and major capital project evaluation.
