The business is now seeking a Part-Time Online Fulfilment Officer to support the dispatch of online customer orders across their retail and department store channels.
Based in their large warehouse facility, this role offers 3 days per week with flexibility for additional hours during peak periods.
Culture Benefits Part-Time - 3 days per week with potential to flex to 4 days over time Supportive Environment - training provided by the current team Australian Fashion Brand - work across David Jones, Myer direct online orders Hands-On Role - ideal for someone who enjoys practical work in a warehouse setting Immediate Impact - a key part of the online customer experience Key Responsibilities Pick, pack and dispatch online customer orders with care and accuracy Prepare garments for shipping - folding, tissue paper, packaging, and labelling Coordinate parcel collection with Australia Post and courier services Work from the dedicated ecommerce area within the warehouse (separate to dispatch floor) Assist with stock during peak periods (e.g. Black Friday) Support training handover with the current team members What We're Looking For Experience in online fulfilment, warehouse, or picking packing roles High attention to detail - ensuring garments are packed correctly and presented well Good computer skills for processing orders and dispatch labels Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (not always air-conditioned) Fashion / apparel experience highly regarded Collaborative and reliable working style If you're someone who takes pride in presentation, enjoys hands-on work, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable Australian fashion brand and play a key role in their online customer experience.
