Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Trainer and Assessor to deliver the Allied Health Assistance course at a reputable educational institution.

The successful candidate will have:

* Relevant qualifications or current competency to at least the level of skill and knowledge delivered or higher
* Relevant and current industry experience
* A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
* Experience in delivering VETDSS training
* VIT registration
* A current First Aid certificate
* A current Working with Children Check
* The ability to work with and train students from different ethnic and cultural backgrounds

* Ability to work effectively with secondary school students
* Utilization of technology and computer skills within a learning environment
* Delivery of high-quality, industry-relevant training and assessment, as well as provision of effective feedback
* Monitoring and management of student progress
* Submission of accurate reporting of student contacts, progress, and results
* Engagement of students within classroom and virtual learning environments
* Establishment and maintenance of industry links
* Adherence to and implementation of policies and procedures
