About the role
You will manage a clean portfolio with support for inspections, invoicing, and lease preparation.
This role reports to the Head of Department and works closely with dedicated assistants, giving you time to focus on client relationships.
Duties
Manage landlord and tenant relationships
Oversee maintenance requests
Conduct rent reviews and lease renewals
Handle arrears management
Liaise with contractors and suppliers
Skills & experience
Current Property Manager Registration (SA)
Strong knowledge of residential legislation
Tech savvy with PM software
Excellent communication and people skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
