We have a great culture and are looking for experienced and professional Heavy Vehicle & High-Risk Work (WorkSafe Individual Assessors) Trainers and Assessors to join our team.

The Role:
The position is full-time however we are open to discussion regarding a roster that suits you. We have a range of days available for teaching between 7:45 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday. Weekend work may also be available.
About You:
We are looking for professional educators with fantastic people skills, a proven specialist lifting background, with a passion for sharing learnings with others. You may be a great fit if you have the following:

* Ability to multitask in a busy RTO environment
* Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously when required
* Ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines with excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
* Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Demonstrate solid experience as a Trainer/ Assessor and hold current industry skills
Key responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and relevant training & assessment services (combined theory and practical activities)
* Ensure content and delivery of accredited courses meets ASQA/ RTO Standards and other applicable regulations (i.e. Conditions of authorisation for Individual Assessors, VicRoads Testing Officer requirements)
* Supervise students' behaviours and provide engaging and motivating training
* Maintain equipment, training venues and training aids to ensure they are serviceable, clean, tidy, and safe for operation
* Travel may be required to deliver training off-site
* Perform other general duties as required
Essential criteria:
* Cert IV TAE (plus upgrade units if required)
* Demonstrated vocational experience aligned to the topics being facilitated
* Be accredited by VicRoads as a Heavey Vehicle Trainer & Tester (or ability to gain accreditation, if applicable)
* Be eligible to obtain a Working Children Check Card and a Police Check
* You will need to be an Australian Resident
* Must hold valid Australian Drivers Licence
