About the Role
We’re looking for a Practice Coordinator to support the day to day running of our Inverell clinic and outreach services.
This is a hands-on coordination role where you will help keep the clinic operating smoothly by managing bookings, supporting the admin team, and responding to day to day operational needs.
You will work closely with the Centre Administration Manager and act as a key link between clinicians, reception, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily clinic operations, bookings, and room schedules
* Support and guide reception and admin staff
* Assist with rostering, cover, and clinic logistics
* Ensure referrals, billing, and admin processes are completed accurately
* Respond to day to day issues and support problem solving
* Maintain clinic organisation, stock, and general operations
* Support outreach coordination, including Glen Innes
About You
* Experience in administration, reception, or practice coordination
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Confident managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
* Clear communication and team coordination ability
* Reliable, proactive, and solutions focused
Role Details
* Full-time, 35 to 38 hours per week
* Based in Inverell with some travel to Glen Innes
